I love a chopped salad and the best park is you can be really creative here too.  You could also use things like, nuts and seeds, crumble in feta or other cheese, croutons, make a fresh zingy dressing or make a creamy dressing, make it yours and own it!

So for this is used,

1/2 iceberg lettuce, finely chopped into small pieces

1 yellow pepper chopped into small pieces

1 large tomato chopped into small pieces

Hand full of yellow plum tomatoes chopped into small pieces

4 sun blushed tomatoes chopped into small pieces

Fresh mint and basil chopped into small pieces

Pomegranate seeds

Toasted pine nuts

1/2 red onion chopped into very small pieces

1/2 cucumber chopped into very small pieces

A couple of gerkins chopped into small pieces

As you can see you can use your imagination here and use all sorts of ingredients. Hope you enjoy ?
