Roasted Cauliflower with Cumin

Roasted Cauliflower is a great side dish or great for vegetarians and vegans and you may wish to roast them whole, to present it to the table.

  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 whole cauliflower chopped into large chunks
  • 2 tsp cumin powder


  • It’s great just naked, or spice it up with some chilli or garlic or curry powder or paste or like I’ve done here and add some cumin seeds or ground cumin.
    Simple as that. For a whole cauliflower head just cut this into chunks and add two teaspoons of cumin powder or one teaspoon of seeds and a dash of sunflower oil and run it over the cauliflower and roast at 180’c (fan assisted) or 200′ non fan for approximately 20 minutes. As simple as that.
